Additionally, Bret leads Adapt2Changes, a coaching and content services business that helps business owners prepare to adapt to changes, so they can consistently grow and avoid upstart vendors from disrupting them. With three decades of marketing and communications experience, including working with many technology companies, Bret has observed how rapid changes have disrupted companies and industries numerous times. Additionally, he’s worked with multiple small business owners selling a variety of products and services and noticed that most of them struggled to adapt to the changes occurring in their industries, often fighting against those changes. Adapt2Changes coaches business owners on how to adapt to changes, so they can grow and thrive in their businesses. Adapt2Changes content also helps professionals evolve in their careers as they navigate constant changes among their responsibilities and the expectations placed upon them.
When Bret’s not working or spending time with his wife, Nicki, and teenage daughters, Emma and Chloe, he’s focused on living an active outdoor lifestyle, running, hiking and playing tennis. Having completed multiple marathons and half marathons and other exciting adventures like hiking from the North Rim to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon in one day, Bret has honed a competitive edge to prepare for arduous events and adapt to changes to ensure finishing them happy and healthy.
